Swapna Menon
 

 

Swapna Menon, from Thrissur, had the honor of being crowned the first ever beauty queen in Kerala in 1999. A final year student of Vimala College, she set the ball rolling for the future Miss Kerala’s. She went on to make headlines as she was part of ‘Save The Children’ organization that went to the war affected villages of Kargil and Drass for rehabilitation. She was on national news and was also a special guest of Dr Farooq Abdullah, then CM of Jammu and Kashmir. Later she went to join the airline industry as an airhostess, and today she is a Cabin Services Director with Qatar Airways.
 
 
 
Ranjini Haridas
 
Ranjini Haridas, now a household name in Kerala was the second winner of Miss Kerala in 2000. A student of Communicative English St Theresa’s College in Ernakulum, she went on to pursue higher education in UK, and returned to Kerala in early 2007. Swarmed by offers to host shows and live events, she kept declining until the Idea Star Singer offer charmed her as a challenge as, “ it meant interacting to whole of Kerala and Malayali’s across the world”. A year and hundreds of episodes later, now she has made a comeback on the programme on public demand, she is the most wanted host in the state.
 
 
 
Nova Krishnan
 
Nova Krishnan, from Dubai was the winner in 2001. Bright and young she walked away with the coveted title only to take part in many other pageants across the world and was in top 10 of the Miss India 2007 pageant. A successful model, she has won numerous pageant titles.

Ranjini Menon, A skilled interviewer of international personalities on national television channels and compere of high profile events, currently work with one of India’s leading media group.
 
Reshma George
 
Reshma George, crown winner 2003. A trained bharatanatyam dancer and model performed in dance festivals in India and abroad including the renowned Soorya Festival. A B.tech MBA topper currently employed with Tata Consultancy services.
 
 
 
Jovita Tess George
 
Jovita Tess George, An engineering student from Rajagiri Engineering College was the surprise winner. She went on to anchor shows on television and do modeling besides pursuing her career as an engineer. She models for "fun and passion", and is happy to have graced the centre folds of Vanitha on many occasions.
 
 
 
Rohini Mariam Idiculla
 
Rohini Mariam Idiculla, Final year law student from Cochin, she is the perfect blend of beauty and brain. Tall, lissome and someone who has the perfect blend to hit the national scene, she walked the ramps of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week at Delhi and has been doing ramp shows and anchoring

Shree Thulasi
 
Shree Thulasi, An interior design graduate from UAE, she is the first title winner from Kannur. At 5'.8" the tall lissome beauty is the latest entrant to the Hall of Fame. Shree Thulasi with her presence of mind and innvovative ways of communication sealed the miss.kerala crown. She intends to pursue a career in interior design and during her reign as the Miss Kerala she intends to contribute to the Miss Kerala Foundation in many ways. A trained classical dancer who won the misssensuality subtitle will be a promising talent in the field of modeling.Shrithulasi has already made appearance as a celebrity in popular television programmes and she looks forward to an exciting year ahead.
 
Rima Kallingal
 
Rima Kallingal, Her swithe moments, expre- ssions and grace charms you at first sight. Walking away with the maximum subtitles by a contestant at the Pageant, the professional dancer from Thirssur, settled in Bangalore, was on a dance reality television few months back, bowing down in the semifinals. She came into the pageant for fun and danced her way to win the Miss Talented, Miss Voice, Miss Beautiull Eyes, and Miss. Photogenic awards, and in a tie-breaker finish ended as a runnersup. Rima Kallinagl is a name to watch out for in the days to come, as she intends to float her own dance academy and take her dance career forward along with modelling.
   
 
Ann Joseph
 
Ann Joseph, Liitle Ann, as everyone adoringly addresed her, is a class 11 student at Kochi's Choice Schol. A ranker (secured 92% in her calss x CBSE exams), she was a surprise entrant at the pageant. Confident, vivacious, she mesmerised everyone with her charming presence and ended up walking away with the Miss Kerala 2nd runnersup title. She espouses the casue of Girl child empowerment and is already an Ambassador for the cause. Energetic and gungho about her future, this is one little package that will shine bright.
